FRINGE - PSYCHIC
Fairly straightforward fringe-psychic deck. A number of fairly expensive cards, but since they all match the bonus pull of at least half the resources, it's still quite fast. Despite having no duplicates except the resources, this deck came in second in a Tournament last summer (falling to a truly evil can't be attacked/rampage deck). Only real drawback is the number of rares, but since no one card is really central, substitutions could be made fairly painlessly.
