IMPORTANT ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS

PAYMENT CAN BE MADE BY CASH OR BY CHEQUE.
If you are paying by cheque, leave the cheque undated. Be aware that it may take several months for your check to clear.
Cash of most countries is acceptable, but New Zealand or U.S. dollars are most convenient.

SHIPPING & HANDLING:
Orders are packed in boxes for shipment, and both boxes and packing materials are in short supply. Each seller has his or her individual formula for shipping and handling charges. Please follow the directions on the price list of the supplier you are ordering from. TRY TO CONSOLIDATE YOUR ORDERS.
Because of the cost and the length of time that shipping goods takes, it is suggested that a number of items be ordered at the same time, rather than in several smaller orders.

ORDERING & SHIPPING TIME - ORDER EARLY!
If you are ordering gifts for special occasions, be sure to order very early. Orders can take from 3 to 8 months to be filled, including the time it takes your order to reach Pitcairn, the order is filled, and the shipment reaches you. Carvings, particularly the more complex ships, longboats, and sharks, can take even longer, up to a year if the carving must be created to special order. Filled orders must be sent on the supply ship that only calls on Pitcairn every 3 months. Be patient! These are supremely honest people, and your order will arrive.
